"I need computer help"
This phrase rings through my mind 24x7 constantly reminding me that the world is not necessarily computer saavy. I personally have been playing on computers since 1998 when I first received my Compaq 233 Mhz AMD-k6 Presario 4550 with 64 MB of RAM. Of course technology have come a long way since then and I owe much of my success to it.
Currently I am a Level 2 support analyst at one of those big name computer places where I support corporate users with their network and computer configurations. I learn tons of new and excited technology information each day on the job and now I feel like with great knowledge comes great responsibility to share it.
So...hence there is http://myitguy.blogspot.com. The premier technology blog that answers common questions by most computer users submitted through direct email or by previous calls that I have had to answer. Of course there are a million of different blogs out there that talk about technology and fixing common problems, but my hope is to make the information so plain that even someone's grandma can understand the computer that much better.
So now, I offer myself to you, as your personal IT Guy. "You've got problems? We've got answers..."
